The Canteen
Post 232 offers a Bar and Lounge for members and their guests. We welcome guests and members from other posts. Active duty service members are always welcome.
Members and their guests can watch sports on any of the five flat screen TVs in the lounge. Members also can enjoy darts, shuffle board, shoot pool, and play music on the internet jukebox. Members can also order a delicious meal from our kitchen or call out for delivery from any of the numerous restaurants in the area.
The lounge opens at 12:00PM Mondays through Fridays and at 10:00AM on weekends and holidays. The Lounge closes at 9:00PM, Sunday through Thursday and usually stays open on Friday and Saturday until 12:00AM depending on business.
Since our charter in 1927, our American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community. Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.
